I’ve lived a life full of pain, pressure, and stigma — and I know I didn’t go through all of that for nothing.

I’m Angela Asbell, and I am the heart behind Step Into Your Promise® — a healing-centered coaching movement designed for people living with HIV, those navigating generational stigma, and anyone ready to reclaim their story.

For years, I wore masks to survive. I hid my voice, dimmed my light, and carried shame that didn’t belong to me. But pain became my platform. And now? I show up boldly to remind others they can do the same.

🟩 WHAT I DO

Through stigma coaching, art therapy, group facilitation, and public speaking, I create safe, honest, and liberating spaces where people can:

• Unlearn shame

• Rebuild self-worth

• Speak their truth

• Step fully into their divine purpose

I work with individuals, nonprofit orgs, church groups, health departments, and community programs to break cycles and build healing.
